Forst Season brings a new culinary delight to Bolzano. Covering an area of 700 m² and able to seat at least 250 people, the premises are not just a restaurant – far more of a gastronomic meeting point instead.
Our vision: To create a stylish, relaxed atmosphere, where people from near and far can meet and savour culinary delights. An atmosphere that invites you to dream and spend awhile. Away from hectic and stress and yet inspiring by the lively trade fair events, this special place is an ideal venue for successful business meetings.

The relationship between the Fiera Bolzano fair and the FORST Brewery dates back to 1952, when the Forst Brewery opened in the new exhibition area on Via Roma, Bolzano, Italy.
